About Us

Combining the services of our experienced associates, we offer a range of training, consultancy, conflict coaching and mediation services to help organisations find efficient and satisfactory resolution to disputes of all kinds. In addition, we offer a range of training programmes in conflict management, mediation and grievance investigation.

Our services are designed to be suitable and affordable for SME's and smaller organisations, as well as for large organisations who wish to enhance their existing Conflict Management and Resolution capability or engage with a specialist external partner.

Track Record

The Janus Partnership was formed in 2009, bringing together the shared expertise of a network of seasoned mediators, conflict coaches, consultants and trainers. Our clients include organisations of all sizes, from large public sector bodies to small private companies. We have worked with individuals operating in multinational teams through to those who are at loggerheads on a job share.

Given the nature of our work, we do not give the names of our clients in the public domain, although we can supply our client list following initial discussion. Our 'Our Clients' information sheet gives a flavour of some of our recent work.

Our Associates

The Janus Partnership combines the talents of experienced mediators, conflict coaches, consultants and trainers. All are members of the International Conflict Management Forum (ICMF), are properly qualified and members of prominent professional associations. Many regularly contribute press articles and take part in conference platforms. Most are currently UK based, although we operate internationally, including making use of phone/Skype based contact where practical and appropriate.
