This lively and highly practical session will highlight a number of effective approaches for combatting stress factors that often occur in the workplace, as well as ways for minimizing the chance that the affects of becoming over-stressed will take hold.
Offering practical take-aways, tips, meaningful anecdotes and 'micro-tools', the speakers will show how to contain challenging issues. The session that will allow participants an opportunity to pose questions and interact with the presenters if they wish.
An audio recording of the session will be available for registering delegates following the event (registration doesn't require reconfirmation or obligatory participation in the live event).
